If it looks to be in fairly good condition then you can reuse it, otherwise you will need to replace it. Remove the toilet tank to bowl gasket and inspect it for damages.Use the screwdriver and the wrench to also disconnect them. You tank bolts will still be connected to the tank using another set of nuts and washers.Lift off the toilet tank and place it on its side on top of a towel or rag.Since the space is too small to accommodate a hacksaw, use a hacksaw blade to cut the nuts.
